Seeing a need for energetic, community and Disability services in this area, we formed our organisation to provide the solutions, services and results for participants.
The Team
We here at Connect You 2 have a team that range from Support Coordinators, Support Workers, Therapy Assistant, Accommodation & Tenancy Support, Cleaning and Gardening Services. Our staff come from all walks of life with the experience and skills necessary to support you best and help you achieve your goals.
Music For All
Music for all provides a environment were participants can learn to play a instrument and meet new people, while understanding basic music principles in a supported environment.
Walking Mentor
During 2017 Connect You 2 set of to improve physical fitness of it's members this led to the creation of the walking mentor program becoming the initial step. The Initial step will have walking mentors who can be called upon by the community who require support and to prompt them to return to an active lifestyle. The walking mentors meet up with participants and together devise up strategies for individuals to set them on the path to a healthy and active lifestyle. The progress is recorded and goals are set, so participants can see what they have achieved. The walking mentors give people who may not have anyone to walk with or require for any reason someone to walk with.
